利用規約

第1条（適用） / Article 1 (Application)

本規約は、株式会社こぶたか（以下「当社」といいます）が運営する「MR.HANADA」のオンラインショップ（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。

These Terms set forth the conditions for the use of the online shop “MR.HANADA” operated by Kobutaka Inc. (the “Company”).

 

第2条（禁止事項） / Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

 

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

    Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

  • 他の利用者、第三者、または当社の権利を侵害する行為

    Acts that infringe on the rights of other users, third parties, or the Company

  • 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為

    Acts that interfere with the operation of this service

 


第3条（商品の購入） / Article 3 (Purchase of Products)

利用者は、本サービスを通じて商品の購入を申し込むことができます。購入手続き完了時に売買契約が成立します。

Users may apply to purchase products through this service. The sales contract is concluded upon completion of the purchase procedure.


第4条（支払方法） / Article 4 (Payment Method)

お支払いはクレジットカード決済に限ります。

Payment is limited to credit card transactions.


第5条（配送） / Article 5 (Shipping)

商品の配送、送料、引き渡し時期については「配送ポリシー」に従います。

Product delivery, shipping fees, and delivery time shall follow the Shipping Policy.


第6条（返品・交換） / Article 6 (Returns & Exchanges)

返品・交換は「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に定める条件に従います。

Returns and exchanges shall follow the conditions set forth in the Legal Notice based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.


第7条（免責事項） / Article 7 (Disclaimer)

 

  • 当社は、天災、配送業者の事情、通信障害などにより生じた損害について責任を負いません。

    The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters, carrier issues, communication failures, etc.

  • 商品画像と実際の商品が若干異なる場合があります。

    Product images may slightly differ from the actual product.

 


第8条（規約の変更） / Article 8 (Amendments)

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を改定できるものとします。改定後は、サイト上に掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Amendments shall become effective upon posting on the website.


第9条（準拠法・裁判管轄） / Article 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

本規約は日本法に準拠し、利用者と当社の間で生じた紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
